Drywall butt joint tips…I mix up setting-type compound and apply that to the butt joint with a 3-inch knife. Then I embed Strait-Flex Crack Tape which is stronger than paper tape. I immediately apply more compound with my @level5tools 5-inch knife. Using the setting-type joint compound allows me to apply 2 to 3 coats in one day and speed up the project.
