🌿 Un bébé tapir terrestre est né à Beauval ! 🐾 Mely a mis au monde son tout premier petit dans la Pampa Sud-Américaine, le 5 décembre, le jour même de son 6e anniversaire 😍 Un bébé mâle, en pleine forme, déjà très proche de sa mère… et avec un prénom aux sonorités d’Amérique du Sud : il s’agit de Kayapó (nom d’un peuple indigène amazonien). A baby Malayan tapir was spotted hopping around its enclosure alongside mom, Nakal, at a zoo in Antwerp, Belgium. The tapir was born December 4th and a zoo caretaker said, "The baby is doing great. It's very lively and playful." | CBS Sunday Morning
