Destiny 3 cries flood the State of Play chat

Sony highlighted a few games coming to PlayStation Plus, including Runescape: Dragonwilds, which will come to PS5 when it launches in the fall. New Classics catalog games include Gitaroo Man in June, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy in July, and Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams in August.

Sony first revealed its PlayStation-branded monitor in November 2025, notable for its built-in flip-down charging cradle for your controller. The company has now provided pricing and availability information: $350, with preorders starting June 5 and a release date of Aug. 27.

PlayStation streamed a new State of Play showcase to announce PS5 games and show off trailers, but all anyone cared about in the Twitch chat was Destiny 3 and how Bungie reportedly isn’t working on it. Demands for a sequel to the loot shooter that is unexpectedly sunsetting later this month spammed the channel through the hour-long event.

Coming to PlayStation Plus via Extra and Premium, too.
